You can use the camera on a Chromebook to take photos and videos. You can take square shots, set a timer, adjust the grid, and mirror an image. Some Chromebooks have a second camera, which you can use if you prefer to use an external webcam. It’s possible to switch between the two, depending on the mode you prefer. To change between the two, simply press the control key and press the task switching key.

If you’re experiencing problems using the camera on your Chromebook, it may be a hardware problem. Some Chromebooks use ARM chipsets. If you’re concerned about a hardware issue, you can try to contact the manufacturer of the Chromebook for a resolution. Then, contact the school’s IT department and try again.
